This synthetic palm leaf is virtually maintenance free and is designed with an inherent UV stabilizer and optional fire retardant. The ease of installation directly onto any roof surface with no special skills required, makes the Domingo Thatch an obvious choice!

When installed in conditions advocated by the manufacturer, Palmas' texture and composition are guaranteed for 20 years, and its color, 15 years. The latter's variation is guaranteed, with an average loss of 1% per year. The process of premature ageing in the factory offers a better guarantee of conserving the color
